Maybury Farm Maple Syrup Tours
Do you know what a carboy is - or spiles? If not, bring the family to Maybury Farm fro our Family Maple Syrup Tours.
Do something different with the family in March! Experience how maple syrup is made first hand!
Your adventure begins with a hay ride to the Sugarbush at Maybury Farm. You will have the opportunity to tap the trees, watch as the sap fills the buckets, bring sap back to evaporator and learn all of the steps in making maple syrup. This ‘hands on’ experience is memorable for your entire family no matter the age. This year we have maple syrup and maple syrup products for purchase in our General Store in the Welcome Center.
Tours are Saturdays and Sundays each weekend in March beginning March 3. Tour times are held on the hour beginning promptly at 1p.m, 2p.m. and 3p.m. (Closed Easter Sunday)
Dress warmly and boots are a must!
