Group Events
Maybury Farm is the perfect location for group events and
birthday parties.
Farm Tours
Farm Tours are available from March through October.
Reservations are taken for groups of 20 or more and all
tours are guided. Tour topics are Animals and their
Importance in our Lives; Soil, it isn’t just Dirt; Maple
Sugaring (done March through April 15). Join us to see what

Tractor Rides
Enjoy a tour of the farm acreage on either a horse drawn
or tractor driven hay wagon. The tour begins at the Welcome
Center takes you all around the farm and all of the planted
fields, gardens, and woods. We recommend jeans – you will be
sitting on a hay bale. Bring the entire family and make a
reservation for a very informative ride.
School/Group Tours
School and group tours begin in March with the Maple Syrup
demonstrations and continue throughout the year, including
summer, until November 15 when the Farm closes for the
season. Classes include: Soil, Animal Importance In our
Lives, Maple Sugaring (maple syrup classes run March through
April 15) and a variety of other interests including the
Corn Maze in September and October. To receive Tour

the date and time you desire.
Maybury Farm Field Trip Resources
Teachers have been most receptive to the Maybury Farm
Educational Programming. All of the programs have been
formulated with educator input. All programming falls
within the guidelines of the elementary curriculum.
Activities for Pre-school and grade school students include:

Classes offered year round.
- Plants and Foods
Includes Plants and Crops & Commodities
Classes offered April through October
- Maple Syrup
Classes offered in the month of March only.
All classes are by appointment only. Please call at
least 2 months prior to the date of your tour. Hayrides
may be added with all programs. To
